Sessions are conducted virtually for clients located in Ohio. If you’re new to virtual therapy, I’ll guide you through the process so it feels simple and comfortable.

Together, we’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you and what you’d like to feel different. From there, we’ll begin to shape a direction for our work that feels supportive and realistic for you.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, share what’s going on, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

In our first session, we’ll go over what’s been happening and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and as we continue, our work will be guided by your goals while making space for whatever comes up along the way.
